Sam’s past experience with local developments include Kingston, Quail Run, Turtlecreek, Cedar Springs, Wedgewood VI among others. More recently, Sam has been involved in the developments of Preston Place, The Gates at Forest Park, Wenmoor, Waterstone and Aberdeen Falls. 

Many Tulsans recognize Sam’s work as one of the builders of “The Southern Living Dream Home” located inside The International and featured in the Southern Living magazine.  Tulsans can expect Sam’s outstanding reputation and integrity to prevail in the development of THE ESTATES OF RIVER OAKS. 
 

Marc is a Tulsa native and both Marc and Donna are long time South Tulsa residents.  The Bullock’s manage several international corporations from their South Tulsa headquarters at 11122 S. Yale.  They are investors in many Tulsa and national real estate ventures.

Marc and Donna began THE ESTATES OF RIVER OAKS land assemblage in 2000.  For the last six years, their goal has been to prepare this property to be the premier South Tulsa residential development.  Their other goal has been to maintain and preserve as many of the over 700 beautiful hardwood trees on the 18.4 acre property as possible. 

Marc and Donna will be one of the first to build their own home in THE ESTATES OF RIVER OAKS.
